I was hell-bent on finding a way to not let anyone tell me they didn't have time. If you've got 30 seconds, you've got time to do a golf stretch right in your chair! For gods sake...you don't even have to get up! Don't want to sound like a drill sargean, but I gotta keep it real!
Time is a valuable commodity...and we have less of it these days. The more ways we can save time, the more successful we all will be in more endeavors right? Efficiency is a good thing, so we need to think efficient for our golf improvement program too!
In my golf training manual I've come up with a simple stretching routine you can do in your office in less than 5 minutes and feel like a new person!
Easy Golf Stretches
This doesn't have to be complicated or hard to remember. Just a handful of simple stretches in your office can make a huge difference!
A common scenario is for a desk jockey to have neck pain, back or shoulder pain and even down to the hips and feet. This is my main reason for coming up with this simple stretching routine, to make this problem go away forever!
Are you a fanatic golfer like me? Do you think golf all day...every day? Even at your job? Hey...as long as you are producive, you're not hurting anyone right?
Doing these golf stretches right in your office (and many in your chair), you willl be amazed how much better you feel and how much your game improves! The KEY is to stretch whenever you get a quick 15 seconds. Just think how many stretches you could get in during one day.
