Selecting the Best Golf Training Aids

Every golfer knows that having a good golf swing is necessary in order to have excellent golfing skills. The key to improving your golf game is to select the golf training aids that work best for your particular situation and needs.

Many different types of golf swing faults are brought on by problems specific to each golfer. Here is a general overview of several types of golf training aids to help guide your selection.

Weighted Golf Club

One of the best golf training aids is the weighted golf club. A weighted golf club is simply a standard golf club that weighs more. Using a weighted club when you practice your golf swing is a terrific way to improve the strength and condition of all of the muscles that make up your golf core.
