Golfers need to keep it simple. We all work our brains overtime when it comes to swing mechanics! We're constantly seeking new tips to try in hopes that it will be the one to transform our swings.
So keep your workouts simple! You should be able to do 5-6 easy exercises right in your home and see results. You don't need to go to a gym, and you don't need a ton of fitness equipment to do it either.
