Prevent Elbow Injury To A Golfer

Golf is brutal on the human body only if you are in poor physical shape. I know you may think golf is leisure, but the golf swing is far from it. In fact, the golf swing is one of the most traumatizing sports movements you can put your body through.

Elbow Pain and Golf

There are many causes of elbow pain and injury when it comes to golf. The root cause is a weakness in the forearm muscles, and an intense stress on the elbow from excessive grip pressure and tensions.

It is so easy for a golfer to overgrip the club. We have been told a thousand times to grip the club like you're holding a baby chick. Very, very light, and yet most of us don't ever do it, thus the potential for elbow pain or other consequences.
