Golf exercises that incorporate balance, stability, coordination and dynamic strength will give you the most bang for your buck! Do not go to a gym and use the machines! This will not improve your golf swing or game.
The golf exercises you should be doing are with affordable, in home equipment like a stability ball; medicine ball; exercise tubing, and hand weights. That's your entire golf fitness gym for under $100.
Golf Stretching To Improve Golf Swing Power
When you stretch, you've got to look at the positions your body is put in throughout the golf swing. Take your golf swing and break it up into chunks, and you'll find a stretch for every "chunk" or phase of the golf swing.
Golf stretching should be done several times a week to see fast results! You've got to put your muscles in a slightly uncomfortable stretch repeatedly to see long-term improvement in your golf swing range of motion.
Golf Swing Limitations and Swing Faults
In closing, you must analyze your golf swing and reveal your golf swing limitations. For every physical limitation, there is a golf swing fault or at the least a compensation taking place.
When you take this approach, you will improve golf swing power, swing consistency and overall performance rapidly.
