Core Golf Exercises

If you want to save yourself time and effort, you'll focus on the muscles of your core with golf exercises. These exercises can be done with exercise tubing, dumbbells or weighted medicine balls.

Focus on as many rotational core exercises as possible, as your golf swing is a rotational move back and through.

Strengthen Your Golf Posture Muscles

This is an angle on golf training most trainers don't attack. The key to a repeatable golf swing is the ability to maintain your golf posture throughout your swing. If you don't, your mechanics and golf swing will break down repeatedly for the entire round of golf.
