How many times have you rushed to the course with no time to warm up...then proceed to bogey...or worse double-bogey the first few holes until you "got loose?"

Does this sound familiar? I know I've done it a time or two, but after reading this and watching the golf exercise warm up video below you won't do it EVER again!

When I talk about warming up for golf, I'm not necessarily talking about hitting balls til you're blue in the face. Has that worked for you so far?

I'm talking about getting your BODY warmed up FIRST...then slowly working your way through your bag hitting balls. Do you ever see an athlete go on to the playing field and start playing without doing a sport specific warm up?

NO WAY!

If that's so, then why would a golfer? You wouldn't!

Doing a simple golf specific warm up with exercises on the range will "prepare your body to perform" and you will never go to the first tee feeling not ready.

Wouldn't it feel great to know you are walking to the first tee knowing you're fully warmed up and you've hit some good shots on the range?
