Regain Golf Flexibility For A Power Golf Swing In 2006
Golf flexibility is talked about by every aging golfer, but not implemented on a consistent basis. Golfers know the importance of golf flexibility and how it can create tremendous power in the golf swing, but have not devised a golf stretching program to reap the benefits.
There are many forms of stretching, but only one that will help you see results quickly. The form I’m talking about is “dynamic” golf flexibility. This is movement-related, not static (hold).
I’m not saying that static stretching is bad or ineffective; just that dynamic golf stretching is more effective.
The golf swing is a rotational “movement” that requires a sequence of motion. There is no tension in the golf swing, therefore holding a golf stretch for 30 seconds isn’t the most effective method to improve the dynamic requirements of the golf swing.
