Did you watch the Mercedes Championship?

The winner Stuart Appleby is a prime example of a near perfect golf swing! His golf swing tempo is to die for! He’s not acceptionally long, but he gets it out there far enough and definitely straight enough.

I’m glad to have the tour start back up again. I’m a golf junkie, so it’s great to watch the professional golf tournaments back on the television.

How about Vijay Singh?

He’s a golfing machine!

I’m proud to say, he does his golf workouts religiously and at 43 year of age, he’s still at the top of his golf game. His golf fitness trainer travels the tour with him. Must be nice eh?

Start to pay attention to the winners on tour this year. Will most of them be in top golf shape? I’ll bet so!
