Senior Golfers Still Have Hope
I have been paired with many senior golfers, and have watched in amazement how many of them are completely frustrated with their game and are ready to quit.
I’ve seen this over and over again!
Why is this so common?
The main reason is declining golf specific strength and flexibility. This is inevitable with the aging process, but does not have to be accepted as the norm.
All it takes is a little effort with golf stretching exercises, and some simple, in-home core golf strength exercises. Only 20 minutes a day is all you need. I know you have that much!
The alternative is not too appealing. A rapidly declining level of golf performance as well as a high level of susceptability to golf injuries.
