Phil Mickelson Hoping To Kickstart At FBR Open

Well the PGA is in “my town” this week! That is Scottsdale Arizona. I am thinking about going, but have been before and it is “jam-packed” during the weekend. Can’t park within a mile or two of the course.

A lot of attention is on Phil Mickelson since he used to live here and also played college golf here. Phil has been the brunt of many jokes with his rather soft (feminine) chest muscles in his silky golf shirts.

I know he has been working with a golf fitness trainer, but doesn’t seem to have improved his appearance at all. Golf isn’t about how you look, but I would have assumed that since he is supposedly working with a golf fitness trainer, his body would change for the better.

I guess it remains a mystery.

With good weather predicted all weekend…it should be a great tournament to watch. For those of you in the COLD part of the country, I feel for you. Hate to say it…but I’ve already golfed twice this week. Both times were 70+ degrees.
