Golf swing improvement is a goal of almost every golfer on the planet!
In it’s simpleist form, there are only 3 aspects you can work on to improve your golf swing and game.

- Mental Golf – maintaining the sometimes intense stress of the situation during play, including the ups and downs the game creates during every hole of every round.
- Golf Fitness – working on your physical limitations, which in turn will correct 95% of your golf swing faults, and also prevent golf injuries from occurring and taking you away from the game for indefinite periods of time.
What I see nearly all the time is golfers spending most of their time on the first area mentioned above. This includes taking lessons, pounding balls, buying every golf video, book and training aid that comes out.
The only question I have for these golfers is…”has your game improved”?
If it has, then fantastic! If it hasn’t then there are only two areas left. Without getting into the mental side too much…I can tell you that your mind and body are strongly linked. What you think is usually what occurs.
If you focus on golf exercise and fitness, you have a much higher level of self esteem and confidence which equates to better performance.
The bottom line is YOUR BODY!
