Golf and fitness should be synonymous with optimal golf performance. The golf swing requires a tremendous amount of functional and dynamic strength and flexibility; as well as balance, coordination, stability and many other attributes.
Then why are most amateur golfers still not doing it?
I can only guess…but maybe the perceived “work” involved. That it’s not a “quick fix”. Or maybe, denial! Golfers would much rather buy a beautiful new 600cc titanium driver than do some simple golf exercises and golf stretches.
But once you realize or get that ah-ha moment, you’ll be working on the “machine” (your body) and not buying more equipment or taking more lessons.
Then, and only then, will you truly realize your real golf potential!
