Lack Of Distance In Golf – What Causes It
Lack of distance in golf is the not a mystery. In fact, most golfers realize there is a physical component to optimal golf distance. I don’t want to try to fool you by saying the physical aspect is the only limiting factor. Solidness of hit is critical to maximizing distance. In simpler terms, hitting the center of the clubface consistently.
But…to hit the center of the clubface requires an efficient swing that’s consistent for 18 holes. That does involve the physical component directly.
You see…if your body is weak or inflexible, you will be incapable of making one mechanically sound golf swing, let alone for 18 holes. Therefore, lack of distance can be directly related to a physical limitation in your body, that won’t allow you to make an optimal golf swing for 18 holes.
