Next time you hear the term golf workouts…don’t think gym, sweating, 2 hours, and hard! Think home, no sweat, 15 minutes and easy! How’s that sound? I’m dead serious! You will be amazed at the improvement you’ll see by just doing 15 minutes of simple, easy and “in your home” workout exercises!
With the winter here for most of the country, this is a perfect time to work on your body while you can’t golf. This is what we call “off-season” training in sports. And yes…golf is a sport, so prepare your body to perform like any other athlete would.
