Well…that just happened a couple of days ago. Pat Thomas, Sr. had recently purchased my system, and got back to me with some amazing results, and it’s only been a little while since he started. It truly is motivating to read his comments about his golf swing improvement, and how pumped he is about his golf game and future!

If you’ve been struggling with your swing, and you want to find out how a golfer just like you finally found a way to play better, you’ll want to check out the improve golf swing success story he put together.

I have spent 10 years educating golfers on the physical aspect of the golf swing. Many golfers play with an injury, causing them poor results in score and even power. Do you play with aches and pains? If so, what do you think causes them? Do you think the golf swing is potentially abusive to your body if you’re weak, stiff and broken?

If one of the fittest golfers in the world (Tiger Woods) gets injured, what makes you think the average golfer, especially senior golfer won’t. Odds are they will, and will continue to until action is taken to strengthen and stretch muscles specific to your golf swing.

If any golfer thinks that being somewhat physically fit for golf is not advantageous, then I don’t know what planet you’re on. When was the last time you saw an unfit guy win on tour? Rarely ever! There’s a reason why. Don’t be in denial. Don’t be part of the masses of golfers who shun fitness, as you will also be among the masses who plays hurt all the time, and also watches your game decline year after year.

The No Backswing Golf Swing. What the heck? I thought the Stack and Tilt Golf Swing was the new, whiz bang golf method taking the golf community by storm. Is golf now getting like dieting? There’s a “new way” every week.

This no backswing approach is one that’s been used as a golf drill by golf instruction professionals for years, so it’s kind of comical this is the new craze in golf swing improvement.

It has a lot of merits to consider. The short backswing makes your transition and sequence of motion in the downswing much easier. It enhances solid ball contact which maximizes distance; so what you think you might lose from backswing coil, you gain in ball/clubface contact.

Unfortunately the negative is the golf swing requires a take-away. This no backswing golf swing removes that, so you might have a difficult time carrying over from the drill to can actual swing from address.

This may or may not be an issue, but I think doing the No Backswing Golf Swing is worth a shot. Who knows…you may dramatically improve your golf swing consistency and mechanics.

I have come across what I know to be the most effective power golf swing trainer to hit the market in a LONG time, that will definitely increase your power and more importantly your driving distance.

Take a look below at how I use this everyday, and can outdrive anyone in my foursome easily.

This is the Perfect Connextion Power Golf Swing Trainer available at Perform Better Golf!

Golf instruction just got a lot easier. Taking golf lessons is critical, but if you don’t have the correct feeling for a connected golf swing, you’ll struggle indefinitely. This swing trainer gives you “instant feel.”

Senior golfers struggle with golf swing mechanics due to declining physical abilities. You have 2 choices. Improve your physical abilities with golf-specific conditioning, or use effective swing trainers like this one to quickly see improvement. The combination of both is best!

Golfers need to understand feel, and feel is learned, not taught!

For any holiday, Christmas, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Birthday’s, this is a great golf gift!

I always hear senior golfers talk about their golf flexibility, and how much range of motion they’ve lost throughout the years. While playing with them it is quite obvious they are correct, but I need to also add most of them have very weak golf muscles as well.

So many times a senior golfer thinks a few golf stretches a couple times a weak will do the trick. I’m a firm believer in “anything is better than nothing”, but the reality is… you need to do it more often and incorporate golf strength training to see improvement in your power, distance and overall game.

Let me give you an example.

A senior golfer does a few golf stretches, but no golf weight training. The result is the muscle range of motion is not permanent. The senior golfer did not strengthen the muscle in this newfound range of motion and it wasn’t able to maintain it.

Now another scenario is strengthening those golf muscles with resistance in the same range of motion that you are doing with your golf stretching. The muscle gets stronger and is able to keep this new range.

The end result is a BIGGER backswing… more POWER… AND LONGER tee shots conistently!

“I was able to lower my handicap this past summer from a 20 to 12. I’m hitting all my clubs longer and have added about 20 yards to my drives. I feel better than I have in years, thanks to your golf fitness programs. So at 67 yrs. of age, or what they term a “senior golfer“, I’m feeling very good about myself. My wife likes me healthy also.” — Larry Nicholas
