I've been putting off stretching for probably 35 years, but taking up golf in the last 2 years is forcing me to reconsider. Actually was looking for something specific to golf swing. I don't know that I'm turning further (may know after winter thaws) but I'm more in balance on the same amount of turn. So consistency will improve and that should help my handicap by at least 8 (was 24 last year). I want to keep at this level from 60's well into my 70's if not 80's.
Going Strong On and Off the Course
Your workout programs are excellent not only for golfing but everyday functional fitness! No back pain from sitting all day at work daily and I've also reduce the amount of ibuprofen I took daily! I'm 51 yrs old and play about 100 rounds of 18 holes of golf walking and carrying a full bag of clubs (very hard habit to break from my Army days!!). I was usually broken down quite a bit by the end of the season, but since utilizing your programs the past couple of years I have managed to finish the golf seasons strong and in pretty good shape. I've incorporated the 3 for 30 day and DVD stretching programs into my cardio and strength training programs this off-season and my joints feel phenominal this off-season! Looking forward to another solid season of golfing! Keep up the good work!

Excellent, Ifound it difficult to start with but the more you stretch the easier it becomes

I got this stretching dvd for golfers a couple of months ago, and I love it! The 7 minute segments is brilliant. Nobody wants to stretch for over 10 minutes. My back is feeling great.
Seeing improvement every day
I am glad I got your DVD. My only feedback is being older and very unfit, some of the stretches are hard to do, but I'm getting better each time.
