Here's A Golfer Just Like You, Who
Has Experienced Success
"I can hardly believe it, but I used a
lob wedge for my second shot
on four holes that measured
360-400 yards"
Here are the before and after
pictures of Pat, showing his awesome
improvement in range of motion.

Here's what Pat had to
say...
"Here are the before and after
pics. The change is from 40 degrees to 85 degrees.
I am still working on the first book of the three-book series
of your Power Golf Training System. I started some gym work, and have incorporated
the golf exercises into my workouts. Though it doubles
the time at the gym, I know it's worth it.
My driver average has gone from 225
yards to 270 yards, my 7-9 irons are 6-9 yards longer, my 3-6
iron are 10-14 yards longer. My 5-wood went from 205-210
to 215-235; my 3-wood from 215-220 to
235-250.
This exercise set is for real!
I strongly recommend the exercises be done on both sides so
that the downswing can go through to a full finish (accuracy
and distance control).
I can't wait to incorporate the fuller
move into my natural timing. I am definitely longer, but
my accuracy is not what I need it to be. From my
practice sessions, it appears that I should have the new
longer and faster swing assimilated in two more weeks of
practice (4-5 times a week).
Thank you so much. I am
telling/selling everybody when they want to know how I am
blowing by them now. You may "drive for show and putt
for dough", but a longer blow leads to lower scores (par-5's
in two, wedges in my hand vs 7-iron, etc.)."

Here's an update I got
from Pat..."I
played yesterday and today and am getting used to the
extension of my swing. It was awesome!! I can
hardly believe it, but I used a lob wedge for my second shot
on four holes that measured 360-400 yards. I BOMBED
those four drives over 300 yards, all in the center of
fairway...and it had rained two hours before we could tee
off. Of course they were exceptional, but my average
continues to lengthen. I can't wait to hit the gym
next week and begin the second book of the series.
For all serious players, here is a
payoff I did not expect, but am more pleased than the raw
distance with the driver (and all my clubs):
Sure, distance is a real endorphin rush,
but I am more pleased with the improvement in my iron
play. Now that I am using the exercises on both
sides of my body, my downswing AND MY THROUGHSWING TO
FINISH is much more improved. I am taking proper
divots again on every fairway shot, because I am flexible down
and through the ball the way I should be. The
quality of my irons are so much crisper, and the
trajectory is really improving. Since I am striking
fully through the shot, my contact is cleaner and my distance
control has improved greatly. So I have many more putts
because my GIR has gone up from 6.3 to 11.1. My score
has dropped from 82.3 to 76.2, and I know I will continue
to get better, beacuse I am able to practice longer with
no back pain, and no hip pain, because my swing is just plain
easier to perform without strain or lack of range of
motion.
I will be starting a game improvement
lesson series with a local pro soon, and am more excited than
I have been since I captained the city championship in Memphis
my senior year.
For all those guys (and ladies, too!)
who think that stiffness, weakness, and puff-ball golf is to
be expected as part of getting older, I will simply say
"BALONEY!". Turn off the boob tube, get out of your
lounge chair, hit the gym, do some progressive weight work,
and use this series for flexibility as part of your
routine. By doing so, your workouts will avoid the pain
and stiffness I was experiencing before the flexibility
series. You can and will improve your game.
This flexibility is so key to a full and powerful swing, it
should be discussed as part of the training by every teaching
pro. I know. I have taught many players as an
amateur over the decades. I wish I would have had this
knowledge for myself and my students. I guarantee it
will be with me from now on.
I must repeat that the exercises really
have to be done on both sides when doing the exercise. I
learned this in the first few days, because my backswing was
lengthening, but my follow-through was still too
short."Very Best Regards,
Pat
RE: Pat is using our Power
Golf Training System to achieve the above results. Even
though Pat mentions a gym, we designed all of our programs to
be done in the home as well.
