This golf swing trainer is 47.5 inches long. I swing it in my backyard in front of a mirror I have leaning against my house. Checking to make sure my golf swing technique is correct while I swing it. It has made a huge difference in myconsistency and distance.

I am rating this four stars now as I just got this trainer and with constant rain cannot go actually hit balls. But I think this will be a five star product. There are only three exercises suggested but if you do three sets of 12 for each you get a good workout The weight on either side of the trainer is very good and the flexible shaft just pulls you into a full turn and follow through. For the full swing drill, the trainer just forces you to get on plane because if not it just wobbles. I recommend this product highly, especially for golfers over 50.
Swing is better
My wife got this for my birthday, and I started swinging it. I have always had a fast tempo, and struggled hitting good golf shots. Your tempo trainer has greatly improved my tempo, and I\'m hitting the ball better than I have in years.
My hook is gone
I have fought a hook for years. I mean a big hook that gets me in trouble off the tee. I got your tempo trainer and within about a week, my tempo got smoother, and the hook went away. This was a great purchase.
Best aid I've ever purchased!
I got this a couple of months ago and swing it religiously in my backyard. I have never hit the ball so good in my life! My swing feels effortless now. I know it's the tempo trainer, because I've done nothing else different.
