I fel you should add two mre drills to your very effective exercises :
1 Perform the throughswing by rotating the hips forward ,to develop core strength and to emulate the real throughswing.
2 Do it a top speed to train the \"Fast twitch fiber muscles ,not the slow twitch fibers who give endurance and strengtt but no speed at all !
